These waterproof pallet covers are reusable, tough, and offers great protection at a great price.

We manufacture our waterproof reusable pallet covers from high quality 200gsm cross laminated woven polyethylene.  This textile offers great qualities and performance, whilst keeping to a cost-economic price point.

Our polyethylene pallet covers are lightweight, making them super easy to put on and off,  and folds down small when not in use.  They are also very easy to clean, as it has a non-porous surface which can easily be wiped or hosed down.

This weatherproof pallet cover features strong brass eyelets in each corner and we supply thick elasticated shock cord for securing the cover in place, so it won’t blow away.

We are able to offer a discount on larger quantities, so if you require a quantity of 20 or more please do get in touch with us.  We are also able to offer discount upon large quantities of a set different size (POA).

Whilst these economic pallet covers are ideal for many pallet loads, we do suggest that if you require an ultra long life span or more durability then we recommend opting for our PVC-ST Heavy duty pallet cover instead.

The measurements we show are those of the actual cover, therefore you should consider allowing for adequate ‘wiggle’ room to easily get the cover on and off.

You should also consider what is on top of the pallet (if the item on top is slightly wider than you will need to ensure the cover is wide enough).

Some customers may wish for the cover to finish at the ground so it hides the pallet completely (best if you are wanting privacy) or you may wish for the cover to finish above the pallet so it can still be moved.

We advise

  • to allow approx. 2-3cm more in length and width for wiggle room
  • don’t allow the cover to drag on the ground – so if finishing at the ground make sure the cover is 2-3cm less in height.

The shape of the item will dictate how a cover sits on the item,  if the cover is a lot wider consider it will drop more around the sides adding to the height.

Do you supply extra shock cord?

We supply enough shock cord for the cover, but if you would like more - we do stock and sell certain lengths on our website or do get in touch with us.

What happens if this cover does not fit?

We supply lots of information on the measurements of this cover to try and avoid this situation. But if in the instance it does not fit, please get in touch with us straight away or within 14 days so we may help organise your return/refund or exchange subject to our terms and conditions.

Do you do other pallet cover sizes?

Not as a standard product, but we would be able to manufacture a custom pallet cover perfect to your needs. When ordering a large qty of the same size of custom cover we are able to offer a much better price too! Do get in touch with us for help.
